Matt-Chez demonstrates the reverse rebound at 0:45-0:50 and a partial reverse rebound at 1:17-1:23

The reverse rebound is a type of aerial rebound in which the nunchaku stalls in the air and then reverses direction. It was created by Matt-Chez. The technique is performed by tapping the nunchaku while it is in air.

The partial reverse rebound is a variation of the reverse rebound in which only one stick reverses direction while the other continues in the same direction. Like the reverse rebound, this technique was created by Matt-Chez.
